Leading is the way we help move people into action, ourselves included. Today’s leader must be participatory and flexible, yet powerful enough to inspire others. During this five-session workshop, you will explore the concept of leadership and identify your leadership strengths and gaps. You’ll formulate your ideal leadership image and will leave with tools to help you achieve dynamic communication, influence and engage others more easily and improve productivity and decision making. We all lead, either by choice or default!
